As the Sr. VP of Marketing, Don Hoffman is responsible for leading key strategies for the company including all of Cracker Barrel’s paid media, owned media, restaurant and retail marketing, gift cards, creative services, and the brand’s successful exclusive music program. Hoffman came to Cracker Barrel in November 2015 with nearly 30 years of advertising and marketing experience. He spent the last 20 years at DDB Worldwide Communications Group, one of the largest advertising companies in the world. In his last role, Hoffman oversaw the multi-national McDonald’s account and guided its long-term strategies in marketing and communications.
