Fletcher Foster
Iconic Entertainment
President/CEO
Fletcher Foster's stints at labels in Los Angeles and Nashville have given him one of the most varied and eclectic backgrounds on Music Row, having worked with artists from Whitney Houston and Toni Braxton to Garth Brooks and Keith Urban. In early 2014, Foster opened Iconic Entertainment Group, an entertainment company providing management, strategic and creative services to the entertainment industry. The roster included CMA, ACM and CMT nominees Kelsea Ballerini, Big Machine/Valory artist Levi Hummon, and Joel Crouse. After serving over six years as Sr. VP of Marketing at Capitol Records Nashville and building the careers of artists like Keith Urban, Dierks Bentley, and Trace Adkins, Foster then served as Sr. VP/GM for Universal Records. In 2010, he moved from the record label side of the business into management, where he oversaw the Red Light Management Nashville office, whose roster includes ALABAMA, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, The Mavericks, and Tim McGraw. Fletcher is on the Board of Second Harvest Foodbank, and Board of Directors of Leadership Music, and Nashville Music Council.
