Jennifer Newman Sharpe currently works as General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs for ONErpm, a leading digital distribution and artist services company and one of the largest YouTube MCNs in the world. She is an entertainment, intellectual property, and transactional business attorney, a serial entrepreneur, and an award winning advocate for gender equality. 

Newman Sharple’s entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Cosynd, the collaborative contract creation and administration platform for artists, and Sparkplug, the online marketplace where musicians rent instruments, gear and space.  She is also an adjunct professor at the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Newman Sharpe is a frequent speaker at conferences and institutions, on topics such as licensing, artist agreements, entrepreneurship, and gender equality in the music industry, including at Music Biz, SXSW, Midem, Mondo, NMS, Folk Alliance, Rio Music Buzz, Sync Summit, and NYU.
