Joey Elwood
Gotee Records/Emack Music Publishing
Co-Founder & President
Starting out of a basement in 1994, Gotee Records and Emack Music partners' Toby McKeehan, Todd Collins, and Joey Elwood began the label and publishing operations under one very simple premise: reach kids with the Gospel through music. As President of both entities, Elwood led the companies through many different seasons and has been a part of bringing to the market artists like Out of Eden, Grits, Jen Knapp, Sonic Flood, The Katinas, Relient K, Family Force 5, and most recently Jamie Grace. Now, 15 years after its beginnings, Gotee has sold over eight million albums while garnering nine GRAMMY nominations, 12 Gospel Music Awards, five certified Gold albums (RIAA), and over 60 Dove Award nominations.
