John Gasloli is a Sr. Manager in Chevrolet’s Global Marketing department. He is responsible for integrated marketing platforms within Sports & Entertainment — harnessing consumer passions of football (soccer) and music. In his role, Gasloli manages the largest sports sponsorship in history with Manchester United, successfully leveraging it to drive significant lifts in brand health and top ranking social followings. Gasloli began his General Motors career in 2006 and has been instrumental to the success of several brands including: Buick, GMC, HUMMER and Cadillac, both in U.S. and China. Prior to joining GM, he worked at Volkswagen of America, Inc. and was responsible for the marketing for New Beetle, Passat and Phaeton, resulting in two gold, one silver and three bronze Cannes’ Lions. During his VW tenure, he also served as the Multicultural Marketing Manager overseeing Hispanic, LGBT and African American efforts. Gasloli began his nearly 25-year marketing career at DMB&B Advertising supporting GM on Cadillac and Pontiac.
