Lee Greer is President and CEO of the National Performing Rights Exchange (NPREX). An economist and an attorney, Greer designed and built NPREX and its price mechanism.  Prior to NPREX, he spent seven years as head economist of performance rights organization, BMI, and prior to that, was an Assistant VP at PNC Financial Services Group, where he served as a financial economist and econometrician.
