Todd Goodwin is the SVP of College, Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing at Universal Music Group, overseeing marketing strategy for the 18-24 demographic. This includes creating a national network of 80 College Representatives in 50 markets, charged with maximizing awareness of priority and developing artists, along with content creation, live events, experiential activations, college media outreach, A&R scouting, tour marketing, digital marketing, and campus and lifestyle visibility. Under Goodwin’s direction, UMG recently launched the UMUSIC Experience brand which produces original content and brings some of Universal’s top developing artists to college campuses in the U.S. and UK, for performance, speaking, and experiential learning events, Prior to joining UMG, he was the Assoc. Director of College & Alternative Marketing at Sony Music, with past experience in artist development, retail promotion and merchandising. Goodwin started his career as a Street Marketing Representative for Columbia Records.
