Tim is responsible for all licensing and business affairs activities, including negotiating and drafting synch licenses for film and tv commercials, as well as exclusive songwriter, administration, and catalog acquisition agreements. He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis, where he was a recipient of the Herbert Herff Presidential Law Scholarship, the Dean's Distinguished Service Award, and the CALI Award for Excellence, in addition to serving as the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. A music industry veteran with over fifteen years experience in music publishing, Tim worked at Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Acuff-Rose Music Publishing prior to joining HoriPro.
